Speed Priming is a short 5 minute programme to prepare your body for the round. Of course, special attention is paid to putting you in a position for maximum power transfer.
Simply select “Priming Session” in the app. This has no influence on your training programme.
Speed priming activates your neuromuscular system. It maximises your speed potential for the following round and allows you to achieve your desired club head speed for the round with less (perceived) effort.
Speed priming is ideally done with a radar system, but it also works wonderfully without. You don’t always have your radar system to hand when warming up.
